Lloydminster - August 16th-17th - Prep Camp + Dryland
Make sure you are ready to roll for the season with this prep camp hosted at the Servus Sports Centre in Lloyd. This camp will focus on season prep and skill development. Things like game timing, game situations, high pace, passing, shooting, puck handling, puck protection, compete, game like conditioning, and more! The dryland will be run by Grit Athletic Performance and will focus on strength, power/explosiveness, injury prevention, conditioning, etc intended to increase our on ice ability and get you ready for the demands of the season. There are options for U11/U13, U15, and U18/Jr. The schedule for each group on both August 16th and 17th is below:
U11/U13: 9-10:15am ice. 10:30-11:30am dryland. 3-4:15pm ice. Same both days.
U15: 10:30-11:45am ice. 12-1pm dryland. 4:30-5:45pm ice. Same both days.
U18/Jr: 12-1:15pm ice. 1:30-2:30pm dryland. 6-7:15pm ice. Same both days.
